We offer an array of services to assist you in planning your wedding, whether it is a quaint candle lit dinner for 30 or an extravagant marquee event for 300. Our services include supporting and guiding you through the entire planning process or simply taking the reins in the final weeks before your special day. You have the choice to select which services you would like us to be involved in.
Archangel Events can orchestrate everything, from your engagement party to the perfect honeymoon and beyond, all you need to do is tell us what you want. You will feel comfortable and relaxed knowing you have a professional handling everything for you with the wedding industry’s best suppliers at your disposal
Planning a wedding can take up as much time as a full time job. Allow us to alleviate some of that pressure and create a smooth, stylish and stress free day that you will remember, moment by moment, for years to come. We are completely focussed on ensuring your big day is as perfect as you have always imagined.
Suppliers 
We have spent a long time forming relationships with many different suppliers, both locally and regionally, so we can offer the best possible ideas, options and prices. Alternatively, you can suggest your own preferred suppliers for us to work with. We aim to save couples between 10-25% off all wedding costs, due to our highly sourced and award winning suppliers in the bridal industry.
Our initial consultation is complimentary and takes approximately one and a half hours. This gives us a chance to get know each other, as well as, your needs, wants and expectations. Communication is a key element of working together, so we are there for you twenty four hours a day during the entire process.
Costs
Weddings can be very expensive, which is why we tailor our fees to each individual couple’s requirements and budget, and a quote will be presented after the initial meeting.
Wedding Day Management (WDM)
If you feel comfortable planning the majority of your wedding on your own, we also provide a Wedding Day Management service. This is an essential service for any couple who want to sit back, relax and enjoy their special day.
There is nothing better than knowing every detail is taken care of for you and there is no last minute running around or chasing of suppliers. Leave that to us, it's our job to alleviate any of your stress leading up to and including your wedding day.
This service starts one month prior to the wedding and includes three consultations, any final supplier appointments and twenty four hours a day contact with us.
The WDM service includes:
- Viewing the ceremony and reception venues
- Organising and attending the rehearsal
- Contact and confirmation with all suppliers
- Overseeing the set up and design of the ceremony and reception
- Attending to the bridal party throughout the Wedding day
- Overseeing the reception formalities, including managing meal placement and beverage limits
- Discussing timelines with the with MC and DJ and scheduling speeches
- Answering any guest’s questions throughout day
- Organising the farewell
- Collecting gifts, wedding cake and additional items after reception and delivering to your home the next day
